I dedicate this book to my Mom and best friend, Joan Mary Wood who gave her valuable time to good cooking and took great pleasure in hosting and entertaining family and friends in her beautiful home on Pipers Lagoon in Nanaimo B.C. Canada. A percentage of the profits from the sale of the book were donated to Ovarian Cancer Action.
